We have a houseful of pets! Two sibling pitties- Moxie & Wylie, and a pit bull/english bulldog mix Paisley! We also foster all types of dogs. There's also 5 kitties and 3 bunnies and everyone gets along. We usually have a couple foster kittens too.
I've had my 2007 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for nearly 5 years now. I've done quite a bit to it over the years, but have yet to take it on any fun adventures! Don't open a business, you'll never have time to get away! 😉
My PITTIES!
Moxie is my rock. She's been mellow and sweet since she was a tiny puppy. Her soft nature has changed many stranger's thoughts about pit bulls. She's my center, my calm. She's been my sidekick foster mom to countless litters of tiny kittens. She adores them all! Just last week she was diagnosed with small intestinal lymphoma. We are devastated, but trying to do whatever we can! She started chemo this week and she's responding well. I'll do anything to keep her happy, healthy, and thriving!
Moxie and Wylie were born when some idiot decided to have a litter and attempt to make some money. He wasn't taking care of them properly, so we took Moxie. I helped find homes for the few pups that were left. Two months later one of the first pups he sold was losing his home already (shocking... *insert eye roll*). So, we took him. He's been a joy of trouble since day one! Wylie is the life of the party and thinks every day should be a party. He's my comic relief, my trouble maker, my bed hog. Wylie also had cancer last year, but it was an easy mast cell type. We removed the tumors and he's just now 1 year clean!
Paisley was found barely army crawling down a street about a block from MADACC, Milwaukee's city shelter. Her front legs were badly deformed. Through a great rescue and great foster family, she's made nearly a full recovery. We adopted her in November of 2015 and she's been such a blessing! She LOVES to play. Her favorite things to do are tease the cats, chase the hose, steal the cats' toys, and swim! She goes swimming once a week for therapy and likely will the rest of her life. She's a champion pillow stealer and squirrel chaser. She's Wylie's best friend and a great foster sister to all our foster dogs. She likes other dogs more than people... can't blame her 😉 She can be a little shy with new people at first, but once she gives her approval, you better be ready to play!
My jEEPS!
Stop at the gas station! I now live over an hour from my store. There hasn't been much time to do anything fun with my Jeep, but I'm hoping to change that soon! I just did some upgrades and am hoping to get time to get it off road this fall or next spring. Bring on the snow! Then I get to have some fun on my long commute.
